Getting that perfect fit is both an art and a science. Finding that right size can sometimes prove quite difficult which is why we ensure all Optimo customers are properly fit before shipping your first order.
All Optimo customers must be fit before your first order is shipped. No appointment is necessary for in-store fittings during normal store hours, but you can book a confirmed appointment for a virtual or in-store fitting any time to ensure we have your time reserved.

We use wild furs to make our felt hats, usually beaver, wild hare and/or nutria. wild furs are the tightest felting and make the best hats. depending on the weight, color and finish of our hats, different types of furs are used. our most exclusive felts, used to make the Optimo 1000, are either pure belly beaver fur, or a special blend of beaver and mink.

Unfortunaly we only service Optimo hats as each hat manufacturer has very specific techniques and equipment they use to bring each hat back to perfection. We recommend contacting the original manufacturer.
